After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our pappardelle (10 mm) are handmade by lamination, then dried at low temperature and for a long period (18-20 hours). The gentle handling of the dough with our laminator allows for ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes).
Our pappardelle are carefully hand-packaged, ensuring meticulous presentation.
