ROLLED PASTA
After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our tagliatelle (4 mm) are crafted by hand using a laminating process, then dried at low temperature for a long duration (18-20 hours). The gentle handling of the dough with our laminator allows for ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes).
Our tagliatelle are manually and meticulously bagged, guaranteeing careful packaging.
GMO-free, dye-free, preservative-free, non-irradiated.
