Pasta - Pappardelle with Porcini and Boletus Mushrooms
After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our pappardelle (10 mm) are handmade by rolling, then dried at low temperature for a long duration (18-20 hours). The gentle processing of the dough with our rolling machine allows for ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes).
Our pappardelle are meticulously hand-packaged, ensuring careful conditioning.
